About the meetup

You are invited to an intimate meetup at the EQ Holding head office. Over two and a half hours we will talk about the two areas that make a real difference to your day-to-day peace of mind in business: taxes and accounting, and automation and artificial intelligence.

This is a small-group meetup. We want every participant to have room for their own questions, and we want to introduce ourselves and show you how we work.

Participation is free. Given the nature of the meetup, the number of seats is limited to 10, and every application is reviewed individually.

Speakers

Marcin: taxes and accounting. He has been working in accounting and taxation for more than 25 years. He handles sole proprietorships, companies and foundations. He will talk about what to pay attention to in your settlements and how to make decisions so that you do not overpay and do not expose your company to risk.

Kamil: automation and artificial intelligence. He specialises in process automation in companies. He works with tools such as n8n, builds chatbots and AI agents, and designs bespoke AI infrastructure for companies. He will show simple, approachable examples that any business owner can bring into their day-to-day work.

Who is the meetup for

We invite company owners, entrepreneurs and people responsible for finance, administration and business development. The meetup is open to companies from all industries, regardless of their size and legal form.

You do not need any technical or accounting knowledge. All you need is a desire to run your business better.

Questions and answers

Is participation paid? No. The meetup is free of charge.

Does registering guarantee a seat? No. There are only 10 seats, so every application is reviewed individually. We will inform you by email about the outcome.

Why do you ask for company details? To tailor the conversations to the participants and make sure the meetup is useful for everyone present.

Can I come with a colleague from my company? Yes, but each person has to fill in their own application.

How are applications reviewed? We check the details in the form and select participants so that the meetup is worthwhile for the whole group. We do not exclude anyone in advance, but with a limited number of seats we have to make a choice.

When will I know whether I have got a seat? We will send a message with our decision to the email address provided in the form once registration closes.

What if I do not get a seat? We will let you know in that message. If someone cancels, we will contact the people on the waiting list.

Do I need any technical or accounting knowledge? No. The talks are prepared so that they are understandable to every business owner. The examples are simple and practical.

Is the meetup only for EQ Holding clients? No. We invite entrepreneurs from different companies and industries, regardless of whether they work with us.

Can I come if I am only just starting my business? Yes, you are welcome to apply. Write about it in the form and we will review your application.

What types of business is this meetup for? Sole proprietorships, companies, foundations and other entities. The talks cover issues that may matter in each of these forms.

Can I ask a question about my own company? Yes. There is time for questions and answers at the end of the meetup.

Will I get individual tax or legal advice? The meetup is educational and the answers are general. They do not replace an individual analysis. If you need specific advice, you can talk to us after the meetup.

Is the meetup a sales pitch? We will introduce our company and the way we work, but the main goal is knowledge, conversation and the exchange of experience. Taking part does not involve any commitment.

What if I cannot come? Let us know so that we can free a seat for someone on the waiting list. We will be grateful for early notice.
